We will be performing a major update across the website, API, IRC servers, bots, and IRC service. The goal of this update is to improve how permissions work for people in IRC. Service disruption is expected to be minimal with little to no downtime, with some services just being restarted to apply the new update. You may see mode changes happening on IRC as our new permission system is tuned.
