Identified - Atlassian has been having issues in getting us an updated license for Jira in time before the old ones expire, as a result our Jira has become read-only and tickets cannot be created or updated.
We are doing all we can to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but we are beholden to Atlassian on the matter.
